Checking Availability
Before completing a Booking Form, please check the availability of our Self Catering Holiday Homes for your chosen dates and the number of people in your party, by making direct contact with us.

Once availability and price has been confirmed, we wille mail (or post) the Booking Form with the Terms & Conditions for you to read, complete, sign and return to us.
To make a firm booking you will need to:
- Complete, Sign & Return the Booking Form to us
- Ensuring you have given all information required & agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
- Pay the Deposit (25% on Booking) & the Balance Payment (six weeks before arrival)
- Or the Full Payment if you are booking within six weeks.
- Payment can be made by
- Credit/DEbit Card (not Amex) by the Cardholder over the telephone.
- Personal Cheque (UK Bank Account)
- BACS Transfer (please ask for details)
- If you are booking a Holiday Home but you will not be staying yourself
- You should complete
all the documents above on behalf of your party.
- When your party arrives at The Dell House, each member will be given a Guest Registration Form to complete, in which they personally agree to the Terms & Conditions..
