Checking Availability
Before completing a Booking Form, please check the availability of our Self Catering Holiday Homes for your chosen dates and the number of people in your party, by making direct contact with us.

To make a firm booking you will need to:
- Download, print and complete the Booking Form giving.
- The names of all members of your party.
- The ages of any children (plus details of baby equipment if needed)
- An address and contact numbers for the person making the booking (very importantly including a mobile number for emergencies on the day you travel)
- Your parking needs
(include vehicle number plates)
- We normally have one parking space available per Self Catering Holiday Home. Further spaces may be available with advance notice. Please also let us know if you intend to bring a large vehicle.

- If you are booking a Holiday Home but you will not be staying yourself
- You should complete
all the documents above on behalf of your party.
- When your party arrives at The Dell House, each member will be given a Guest Registration Form to complete, in which they personally agree to the "Conditions Agreed on Booking".
- Booking Deposits and Final Payments
- These may be paid by cheque or cash (or from March 2008 we will be accepting these monies over the telephone by credit/debit card).
A firm booking is completed when
- You've made personal contact with us to agree availability
and sent us
- The completed Booking Form with agreement to the Conditions / Cancellation policy
- The Booking Deposit or Full Payment as necessary
- Full payment must be made six weeks before the start of your holiday or on booking, if this is less than six weeks before arrival.
