The Coach House

Converted from the Victorian stable block, this charming two storey cottage is separate from the main house and has two good sized bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom has a standard double pine framed bed and the family bedroom has a standard double and single pine framed beds. The pretty tiled bathroom has a bath / shower and WC. The country pine fitted kitchen has blue & white china, an electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and a quarry tiled floor. Price includes all gas & electricity. Sleeps 5.

The Old Nursery Apartment

Converted from the first floor former children's nurseries and extensively renovated in March 2007, this is an extremely spacious two / three bedroom apartment occupying the whole upper floor of the wing of the Main House. The main bedroom has a standard double divan bed and vanity basin while the versatile family room has a pine framed standard single bed and a king size double divan bed that converts to twin small singles.

The blue and white bathroom has a bath, thermostatic shower and WC. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin. The double aspect sitting room has very comfy seating and views to the Hill and gardens. The separate dining room / bedroom 3 (single) looks over the garden. The pretty kitchen is fitted with white units, blue & white china, an electric oven with gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and a washing machine. The apartment is accessed from its own ground floor front door leading to the private internal staircase to the first floor. Price includes all gas and electricity.

The Butler's Apartment

This cosy one bedroom ground floor apartment, formerly the butler's pantry and staff quarters, was extensively renovated in December 2006. 'The Butler's' is very spacious with a wide internal hall and doorways making it ideal for guests who can't manage stairs or prefer to be on the ground floor. There is one step to the front door into the kitchen / breakfast room but no further steps within the apartment.

The bedroom has a fine Edwardian inlaid mahogany standard size double bed and an Art Deco walnut dressing table. The cosy sitting room has very comfy seating and a gas-log fire. The spacious bathroom has a WC, and a bath with thermostatic shower. The farm house oak fitted kitchen / breakfast room has an electric oven with gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic tiled floor, kitchen table and chairs. Guests may use a washing machine in The Dell House on request.
