Directions to The Dell House

From South

Leave the M5 at Junction 8 - M50

Join M50 leaving at Junction 1 - A38 exit (only on M50 for just over 1 mile)

Take A38 north towards Worcester. After 3 miles the A4104 crosses the A38.

Turn left on to the A4104 to Upton.  Keep on the A4104 through Upton (over the Severn then left through the High Street).

About 5 miles after Upton the A4104 crosses the B4208 at Welland (a staggered right then left at cross roads).

Stay on the A4104 for a further 3 miles until it comes to a T junction with the A449.

Turn right on to the A449 towards Malvern & Worcester.

At around 1 mile you will pass a Texaco petrol station on your left.

After a further 100 yards, Green Lane is then the first turning on the right that goes down by the side of the Church.

The Dell House is the first house on the right immediately after the (converted) Church.

From North

Leave the M5 at Junction 7 - A44

Take the A44 towards Worcester.

At the first roundabout take the A4440 exit towards Malvern & Hereford.

Stay on the A4440 over two roundabouts.

At the next roundabout take the A449 exit to Malvern.

The A449 goes though Malvern Link and then comes to Great Malvern.

Go through Great Malvern staying on the A449.

About 2½ miles from the centre of Great Malvern the B4209 to Upton leaves to the left.

Stay on the A449 and after no more than a ¼ mile Green Lane is the turning on the left.

(there are two roads off to the left at this junction – it is not the first that doubles back on itself (Grundys Lane) but the one that goes at right angles to the main road down by the side of the Church).

The Dell House is the first house on the right immediately after the (converted) Church.
